New Term---New Theme

Pre school is in the final half term of the year and we will soon be loosing these delightful children.
Our theme for the year is Robinson Crusoe.
Today the children went looking for things in the garden that Robinson could have made a HELP sign out of.
They collected twigs, leaves, stones etc and then made a good help in the sand on the builders tray.

More catch up

After the picnic lunch the Rising Fives group had their final session on the dinosaur theme.

At PE the children moved to music being dinosaurs then gradually slowing down for the Ice Age and finally becoming fossils

Eventually a group of Paeleontologists came along and found these bones in the ground and lifted them, taking them to the museum. Here the bones were pieced together until we had a T'Rex.----Imagination needed!

Catch up time

Just a couple of pages of catch up.
At the end of term the children all danced a Maypole dance for the Mums. They were all just amazing and they all loved doing it so much. If you didn't manage to get there you missed a treat. We then had our picnic however due to poor weather we couldn't have it in our new garden as planned.
